70% of the surface of Dominica consists of unspoiled tropical rainforest that's just waiting to be discovered by you. And there are many ways to do that: by foot, on a horseback, with an ATV/Quad, in a jeep, on a mountain-bike or.....

• By Foot
  It's great to be hiking inDominica. Short or long, easy or difficult, makes no difference. Experience the rainforest. Be busy walking, enjoying all those shades of green and let your thoughts flow. An ideal way to fill your mental batteries with green energy.
  
• On a horseback
  There are at least 2 ranches on Dominica offering rainforest riding. One of then is close to Comfortel De Champ - that's convenient.
  Rainforest Riding has horses in perfect condition and offers various trails both for experienced and less experienced riders.
  Also on the very South of the island there's a possibility to go into the forest on horseback. Highride Nature Adventures also offers ATV-rides:
  
• All Terrain Vehicules = Quads
  A spectacular way to discover the rainforest is on an ATV. In small groups with well trained guides you will experience Dominica in a unique way. Reservations recommended!
  

• Jeep-Safaris
  Less demanding as on an ATV but just as spectacular are the jeep-safaris that go deep into the rainforest.
  The real specialist in this is Wacky Rollers. They also offer river tubing, kayaking or a survival trail high in the trees. Do you have the guts?
• Mountain-bike
  To those that really have too much energy, we can offer a challenge on a mountain bike. You do need to have a top-condition because at 30ºC / 85ºF in the humid rainforest you do the demand the max from your body. Good luck!
